Quick Change Surface Conditioning Stars

Superior Abrasives has taken our quick change technology to the next level with this year’s introduction of our Quick Change Surface Conditioning Stars. Addressing the suggestions of our customers, this product allows you to grind, smooth, and finish the ID of tubes and cylinders while flush sanding the base of the work piece. No more worrying about bottoming out and gouging the part with the protruding mandrel.

Our new line of Heavy Duty silicon carbide Satin Discs and Wheels makes this difficult task a little easier. Our success is the utilization of our premium silicon carbide grain which continually keeps a sharp edge. This allows for the nonstop cutting action needed when grain matching and finesse is a must.
